Raices, Corazon y Alas

For the Latina building her career- and carrying invisible weight.

You worked hard to get here. Harder than most people around you will ever know.

You’re not just building a career- you’re honoring every sacrifice your family made to give you this chance. That is a beautiful thing. It is also an enormous weight to carry.

And no one prepared you for this part: The pressure to succeed not just for yourself, but for everyone who sacrificed so you could be here. The guilt of wanting more. The exhaustion of code-switching. The loneliness of being in rooms where no one else carries what you carry.

This circle was made for that part.

Raices, Corazon y Alas is an 8-week transformational circle for early-career Latinas ready to build sustainable success without abandoning themselves.

In this cohort, you’ll gain tools, community, and the clarity that comes from finally being in a room where you don’t have to translate your experience.

This circle is for you if:

  • You are 0-7 years into your career and already feel the weight of having to prove yourself.

  • You carry the cultural expectations of your family alongside the demands of your professional life, and the tension is exhausting.

  • You feel like you’re constantly performing a version of yourself that was built for everyone else’s comfort.

  • You’re tired of over-functioning, over-explaining, and shrinking yourself to fit spaces that weren’t designed for you.

  • You’re ready to be in community with other Latinas who actually get it- without having to translate your experience.

Lo que haremos juntas:

  • Name and release the inherited stories about who gets to succeed, and who has to sacrifice everything to get there.

  • Have honest, unfiltered conversations about money, ambition, and power that you can’t have anywhere else.

  • Build the skill of setting boundaries without the guilt spiral: with your boss, your family and yourself.

  • Redefine success on your own terms, rooted in who you are rather than who you’ve had to perform.

This circle is not about fixing you. It is about unlearning what was meant to confine you in the first place. It is about redefining success, not as survival, not as over-performance, but as something sustainable, aligned, and deeply yours.

Each participant will receive a thoughtfully designed companion workbook to support integration, reflection, and practical application throughout the 8 weeks.

Meet the facilitator

I’m Dr. Nancy Rodriguez, a licensed psychologist, facilitator, speaker.

As a bilingual, DACAmented psychologist and founder of Healing Corazones, I know firsthand what it feels like to enter rooms that were never designed with us in mind. The pressure to succeed, to make our families proud, and to never “mess up” can quietly shape how we move through our careers.

We learn to push harder. To over-prepare. To carry it alone.

This support circle was created so that early-career Latinas don’t have to carry this weight by themselves. Together, we can redefine success, without guilt, burnout, or isolation, pero con mucho sazon!
